Peace at the Quantum Level

26 February 2008

A few days ago I wanted to write about Qassam rockets. The planned title for that post was “For a Few Qassams More”. I wanted to raise my frustration over the current situation in my country (Israel), where almost every day, numerous rockets are launched towards Shderot, a city located in close proximity to the Israel-Gaza border, and has been under attack from Gaza for more than six years. The Shderot area has been hit by more than 1,600 missile attacks since Israel pulled its civilians and soldiers out of the Gaza Strip during the summer of 2005. But almost nobody outside my country seems to care, or even know about this. Did you know about this? Do you care? Can you imagine rocket bombs falling in your living room? Or right now on your PC?  Sometimes it seems to me that the only times the world (media) knows anything about my country, is when my country decides to respond to these attacks, and we’ve all seen this story over and over in the past: “the dreadful Israeli soldiers oppress the helpless Palestinians”. I could have written pages over pages about the ignorance and shallowness of the world news reporters. But as you can see above, I’ve chosen a different title, about a much deeper kind of message.

Peace at the Quantum level is really about something new and revolutionary. Because it’s not about hoping for peace; it’s really about the science of peace. Has it ever occurred to you that peace could be more than just a nice thing to hope for, and that peacemaking could be guided by science – and more specifically – by the laws of physics?

This website, this blog, is basically about world peace. In addition to the 31 “official” ongoing world conflicts, for example in my region of the world, in Sudan (the Darfur conflict), Iraq, Burma, Kashmir, Pakistan, Afghanistan and other countries (see list on: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ongoing_conflicts), we cannot really say that there are absolutely no political conflicts between North and South Korea, in Russia, Europe, and even in North America. Conflicts and problems are everywhere, between people (individuals), and between groups of people (political, corporate, ethnic, religious, etc.). In other words, negativity is everywhere. Of course, conflicts in which people die on a daily/weekly basis require our utmost attention.

So how can we solve all this? Apart of standard negotiations and conventional conflict solving, could science and the laws of physics guide us in these matters? Humans, after all, are not above the laws of nature and physics; we all have at least 70% water in our bodies.

Recently I’ve stumbled upon a video in youtube, in which the famous movie director, David Lynch, along with Dr. John Hagelin, explain together the concept of positive energy, which can be transmitted over positively-charged brainwaves. According to this theory, positive energy in sufficient amounts can drive-off any negative energy that stands in its way. Negative energy, is the root of all our problems, and I don’t find it so hard to believe, since we’re living in an age that fully utilizes transparent energies: we all use cell phones, microwave ovens, radio, Bluetooth devices, Wi-Fi, Wi-Max, etc.; our lives are simply full of invisible things that are transmitted over thin air. So if we can understand all these things, why not understand our own brainwaves, which have the most effect on our lives?

In this video, Lynch says: “Everybody wants world peace, but nobody believes that there can be world peace. It’s a nice idea, but that’s all it is; it’s like a sweet little old lady idea, it's meaningless...” and frankly, he's so right. Lynch and Dr. Hagelin visited Israel and other countries in the region a few months ago, in order to introduce this type of science and practice.

You can watch the video here:

So, must we begin to meditate? Are there other ways of creating positive energies and broadcast/transmit them towards the world and humanity? Maybe so, I say it’s definitely worth investigating, if science can make our world a better place to live in, and regardless of whether it’s called Vedic science or quantum physics science.

Lastly, not so long ago, in November 2007, a physicist named Dr. Antony Garret Lisi published a new theory about the structure of the universe. The name of his paper: An Exceptionally Simple Theory of Everything. According to this theory, which attempts to unify gravity and electromagnetism using the E8 mathematical model, the behavior of any particle in this universe can be calculated and predicted. If proven to be correct, the arising questions with regards to all the mentioned above would be: what particles compose positive peacemaking energy? Can we predict their behavior, and, finally – is there a quantum equation for peace?
